Patchy rain France and Germany

Sunday
An unsettled day across Spain and Portugal. Heavy, thundery showers or longer spells of rain developing. More heavy showers to come across the Balearics too. Fair in Italy with good spells of sunshine. Greece is likely to be dry too, again with sunshine here. Heavy showers affecting central and eastern Turkey.
Some showers and a brisk northeast wind in northern France although dry to the south. Fair for the Low Countries and northern Germany as well as Poland, but some showers in southern Poland and southern Germany. Austria and Hungary should be mostly dry with some sunny spells here.
Dry in Denmark with some sunny spells. Scattered showers in the Baltic States. Cool and breezy for Finland with a few showers. Fair in Sweden with plenty of sunshine. Drizzle affects western coasts of Norway.

Monday
Shallow low pressure over Spain and Portugal will trigger a few zones of heavy, thundery showers. Feeling warm across France, topping 20C in the west and south. Dry for Italy, the Balkans and Greece. 17 to 20C in Hungary and Romania. An easterly breeze over central Europe will take edge off the temperatures, around 12 to 15C, and cooler at 10C in Poland.
High pressure centred over southern Scandinavia brings a dry day to central-northern Europe with a good deal of sunshine. A westerly breeze brings some rain or showers to northern Norway and Sweden, snow over the mountains.
