Unsettled and cold across much of central and southern Europe, fair weden and Norway


Tuesday
Patchy outbreaks of rain continue to affect northern parts of Spain. These becoming locally heavy and thundery to the northeast and spreading across the Balearic Islands later. Staying dry and fine for the rest of Spain and for Portugal. Dry and fine for much of Italy though outbreaks of rain develop to the north later which may be locally heavy. A dry and sunny day for Greece and Turkey with isolated showers affecting Black Sea coastal regions at times.
A front brings rain to southeast France, Switzerland, southwest Germany, Austria, the Czech Republic and across much of Poland with the exception of the far southeast on Saturday. To the northwest of this are brighter conditions with a scattering of showers for northwest France, the Low Countries, and, later, northwest Germany. A mostly dry and fine day for Slovakia and Hungary with rain arriving to the far west later.
Breezy with outbreaks of rain for Denmark, southern Sweden and southern Norway. This locally heavy over Sweden. After a dry start to the day rain spreads from the west across the Baltic States while patchy outbreaks of rain develop over Finland as well as northern portions of Sweden and Norway.

Wednesday
Heavy showers affecting the northern coasts of Spain today. Fair, dry and chilly in central and southern areas as wel as through most of Portugal. Heavy showers in the Balearics. Rain some of it heavy and thundery affecting Corsica and Sardinia. Further rain in central and northern Italy, fair to the south. Greece will be fair with plenty of sunshine here. Staying fair across Turkey.
Cold in France. There will be showers in the far south. Rain in northern France, heavy in the northeast. Windy and cold across much of the Low Countries and Germany with periods of showery rain. Further rai and wind in northern Poland, fair central and eastern Poland. Hungary should be fair with sunny spells as well be Austria. Switzerland will have some showers in the west.
Windy through Denmark but fair with sunny spells. Windy too across the south of Sweden. Showers in the Baltic States and staying windy. Fair for Norway with sunny spells. Staying fair in Norway with sunshine for many areas but some showers in northern Norway.
