fog and frost overnight

Wednesday
Cloudy with an area of prolonged and heavy rain associated with a deep low between Iceland and Scotland, moving into southern Norway and Sweden Norway during the morning and into Denmark during the afternoon, fringing Finland and Baltic shores during the evening, with showers following into Sweden. Coastal and near shore temperatures around 5C with a fresh though decreasing SW wind. A mix of rain then showers for N.Ireland, Wales and northern England. Portugal and Spain dry sunny and locally warm 15 to 18C Portugal France to Belgium, Netherlands through Germany to Poland, across Austria Hungary to Croatia and along Adriatic,across to Italy dry and sunny becoming locally warm 12 to 15C with light and variable winds. Switzerland including nearby Alpine into Bulgaria, Albania, Greece and surrounding islands to southern Turkey sunny spells and scattered showers whihc may become thundery near coasts 10 to 15C. Showers here continuing into the evening and for a time overnight. Elsewhere whilst a dry eveing and night it will become cloudy with mist and fog developing.

Thursday
Cloud and rain clearing across Norways and Sweden and becoming patchy across Belarus. Cloudy to start for England and Wales with rain extending into northern France durng the morning and then fringing Atlantic coasts of Portugal for a time during the afternoon with scattered showers. 10 to 12C locally 15C for Medittereanen coasts of France and Spain. Across Germany Germany, Belgium and Netherlands Switzerland and Austria through to Hungary and Romania dry with sunshine though rather cloudy at times, some mist/fog may be slow to clear or persist most of the day, 8-10C. Italy across to Greece a mix of sunshine and showers, isolated western Adriatic coasts of Italy, more frequent Albania, Greece and into Turkey. Rain and showers continue for a time thorugh the evening across Brittany and Nordeest of Spain, showers also into the evening for Greece though decreasing overnight. Cloudy elsewhere with mist/fog developing.
